Information we collect
When you contact RHQC, including through the website enquiry form, we may receive your name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, enquiry details, correspondence and any technical or business information you choose to provide. Basic technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, may also be processed by our hosting, form-processing and security providers to operate the website, deliver enquiries and prevent spam or misuse.
How and why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and administer consultancy services, maintain business records, protect our services and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Depending on the circumstances, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and developing the consultancy, or compliance with a legal obligation.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal information. Website enquiries are processed using Formspree, which provides form delivery and spam-protection services on our behalf. We may also share information where necessary with providers supporting email, hosting, IT and professional advice, with trusted delivery partners where you have asked us to coordinate work, or with authorities where legally required. Where a provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, appropriate safeguards are used where required.
How long we keep it
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including enquiry follow-up, service delivery, professional record keeping, dispute management and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Retention periods therefore vary according to the nature of the relationship and information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like to exercise a right or discuss a concern.
Cookies and changes
RHQC does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Essential hosting, form-delivery and security technologies may be used to provide and protect the service. Because no non-essential cookies are currently used, the website does not display a cookie-consent banner. We will review and update this notice if analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are introduced.
